You have received a tasking from the CFO and senior management to integrate the procurement scope and risk template data to build a project procurement management plan that will take into account all the prior assignment’s work. The CFO and senior management group are looking to understand and possibly be able to quantify the impact the procurement process will have on the overall project completion and success.
You will need to categorize what the project will procure (shrubs, bricks, and ties), when procurements will be made, budgeting for each procurement and issues that may affect procurements. Address and infer how procurement management will support the project process.
