Tara is a recently hired production manager in a male dominated field and industry. In fact, she is the only woman to have been promoted to manager in the history of the company. Recently, several women came to Tara and stated two male production workers had sexually harassed them. The company has no policy on this issue. Tara talks to the two male production workers about the issue. Both men state that they have been dating the women and things have gone bad between them. The men say that this is the women's way of punishing them.
