Presentation Assignment
As a scholar-practitioner, you are preparing an information dissemination assignment for this course. Making people aware of health disparities and of social determinants of health is a way to promote positive social change. By now you should have selected and researched your topic, decided on a mode for your presentation, and firmed up your audience, location, day, and date when you will present your project. To give your Instructor an opportunity to provide feedback, you will submit your final presentation for this assignment at the end of this week.
To complete this portion of the Scholar-Practitioner Project Assignment, create and submit your final presentation including the narrative, PowerPoint slides (if applicable), discussion points, questions, and any introductory and/or closing remarks.
Feedback will be provided by next Week so you can incorporate your Instructor's suggestions into your presentation and make any adjustments necessary.
