They report that there is an overload of work and that they are required to work overtime daily. Occasionally, they are required to work up to 16 hours, which causes physical and mental exhaustion. On the other hand, the administration of the hospital has notified you that the Committee for the Improvement of Quality and Institutional Affairs has presented unfavorable statistical findings related to a significant increase in errors in the administration of medications.
These conditions have, in turn, caused adverse events in the condition of the affected patients; in addition to new demands, and the decrease in the satisfaction of staff and patients. The administration has asked you to attend and resolve with priority this situation that negatively affects the service offered by the institution.
