Social psychology theories are widely used in business. Imagine that you own a consulting firm. Your newest client owns a major department store in the local mall, and the client would like you to observe the department store for a day.
a) Make at least three recommendations based on social psychological research to improve efficiency for the employer, or to improve the work environment for the employee.
b) Base your recommendations on the texts and on outside scholarly research.
