4-Make a strong case for why the organization should do this project. What are the benefits for the organization and others? How does it impact the organization? Use measurements whenever possible. Explain how the project will address the problem.
5-Is the organization doing this project to solve a problem or take advantage of an opportunity? justify your opinion
6-Who should be the project sponsor for this project? Select one individual and use his/her role, not proper name. Explain why s/he is the best choice
7-Who should be the project manager for this project? Select one individual and use his/her role, not proper name. Explain why s/he is the best choice.
