You will be given a series of current human rights stories and you must select one of these stories to be the focus of your final assessment. Your final essay must present and analyse arguments relevant to the entirety of the human rights issue: that is, why a subject is considered an enforceable human right by some, but not others.
Criteria
You will be required to argue a case and defend an opinion on one side of a human rights case study. You are required to EVALUATE all relevant arguments by COMPARING and CONTRASTING influences, and recognising the impact of cultural sensitivities.
