Step 2 Solve the problem.
Make a list of steps to take in the investigation of the incident, what questions you need to ask and who you should be interviewing. Are there any creative ways to solve the problem you have identified?
Step 3 Summarize
A summary of your recommendation for disciplinary action. Explain what you recommend as a supervisor in the situations you chose. Are there areas for negotiation of disciplinary actions?
