Problem
Many officers today don't realize the past struggles of minority and women pioneers in law enforcement. Make a introduction for new recruits, briefly outlining the obstacles that are used to keep certain minority groups out of law enforcement; the progress women and minorities have made over the years; and/or court rulings/laws that facilitated these gains.
