Digitize DUI Target Areas
Major streets have CFCC values that are less than or equal to the value in cell A35 in the Streets attribute table. Creat two DUI target areas (polygons) by identifying two to four blocks of major streets that are withing zoning commercial buffers. Digitize a single polygon for each DUI area with lines made up from the blocks on either side of identified street segments (so that the DUI target areas are two blocks wide with identified street segments in the center). Name the individual areas DUI 1 and DUI 2 and use these values to label the DUI target areas on the map.
