Topic: __Macrobiotic Diet
Write a 5-7 page (typed, 12 type font, double spaced) research report on the diet. Topics that must be covered include: what the diet is and its specifics, who it affects (age group or health group and what makes them who they are), documented history of the diet and the people that take it, where the diet originated from, is it a mandatory diet, how does it change a person's lifestyle, how can recipes be altered to accommodate the needs, is it a permanent diet that someone must be on or can they change at a later time. You may address the topics in any order, as long as the report reads (flows) well.
3. Cite all references! You must use APA format. You must give credit to where the information came from. You need to have at least 3 different resources coming from at least 2 types of information (book, magazine, internet, etc.) You will not get any credit unless your sources are cited and I will check your sources for plagiarism.
