Lowest expected number of tests

Suppose 240 people are being tested for a disease (with a 100% accurate test). Each individual has a 7% probability of having the disease, (independent of whether any of the other individuals in the group have the disease). Rather than testing each blood sample separately, the administrators will randomly mix/combine k blood samples together for testing (k = 1,2,3,4,5,6). k = the number of individuals in a group. If the test gives a negative result, then NONE of the k people in that subgroup have to be retested, but if that groups test comes out positive, then everyone in that group must be tested individually. What value of k will give the lowest expected number of tests that have to be performed? what is the expected number of tests?
