Looking stress through the wellness wheel

Problem: Stress is something I experience regularly, especially balancing work, school, and being a mom. When I look at stress through the wellness wheel, I can clearly see how it connects to multiple dimensions, especially physical activity and feeling. First, stress is strongly related to physical activity. When my stress levels are high, I tend to feel more fatigued and less motivated to exercise. However, I've noticed that when I make myself move, even something as simple as a short walk or doing my Pilates, it helps reduce my stress. Physical activity improves my mood, helps me clear my mind, and gives me more energy. So, in this case, the relationship goes both ways: stress can decrease my activity, but activity can also improve my stress. Second, stress is closely tied to my emotional wellness. When I feel overwhelmed, I notice I become more irritable, anxious, and mentally drained. This can affect how I communicate with others and how I feel overall throughout the day. On the other hand, when my stress is better managed, I feel more in control, more positive, and better able to handle challenges. In my experience, this relationship has been both positive and negative. There are times when stress pushes me to stay organized and motivated, but there are also times when it becomes overwhelming and affects my physical and emotional well-being. Comment on this provide understanding, support and ask a thoughtful question. Need Assignment Help?
