Problem Solving - list at least two strategies you would recommend be used with a sentence of rationale to explain the benefits of each.

Part 2: Keep thinking about your Capstone projects - plan the change management to implement one of the recommendations from your Standard Project audit at your sponsor's organization. Choose ONE recommendation for this team assignment and identify the knowledge area in the opening paragraph. The use Kotter's 8-Step Change Management Model to identify the activities (stakeholder /change mgmt./ communication techniques, etc.) you will need to plan manage this change. 1. Identify one recommendation from your Capstone experience you would like to implement at the organization of your sponsor - which knowledge area, process and outputs will be affected? 2. Create a change plan that includes at least 2 activities for each of the three phases; (a) create a climate for change; (b) engage/enable the whole organization; and (c) implement/sustain the change 3. Which two leaders from student presentations this semester would you hire as the project managers/change agents for this project? You can base your choice on what you know about her / him from the leadership presentation - no additional research required 4. Provide specific rationale and examples to justify your choices. Refer to Chapter 10, p. 389 - 395 (Change agent management techniques and leadership styles).
