1. Locate the checklist for HCS compliance. Of the eight items listed, which do you feel is the most important? Which one do you feel would be the most difficult to achieve? Support your discussion with examples from your personal experience or additional research. Use the checklist O'Brien (2001) you have to google the checklist.

2. Discuss how cultural and literacy issues can impact the effectiveness of a HazCom training program. Suggest ways that these issues can be addressed.
