Develop a presentation for the next local Criminal Prosecutor's Association meeting. The presentation should provide an overview of some modern methods of electronic communications interception employed by law enforcement and how their unwarranted use could be a violation of the U.S. Constitution's protection of your right to privacy. Be sure to discuss which parts or amendments to the Constitution would be violated with unwarranted use of these techniques by law enforcement.
