As a school/district leader, you have decided that your school/district needs a writing program that is a balance of skills and composition. Prepare a position paper on the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. Support your argument using current research and theories of learning discussed in the textbooks. List your scholarly references and or sources of information accordingly. Write your paper as if you were presenting it either to a school faculty or a school board, and make this choice known to the reader.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
