Discussion Post: "White Collar Crime and Practical Reflection"
• List, if any, white collar crimes that are included in the Uniform Crime Report. If you find there are no white collar crimes in the Uniform Crime Report, state your reason why there isn't and explain if the Index Crimes needs to include those crimes.
• Do you agree with these statements? "White people can and do commit a great deal of minor and major crimes, the race as a whole is never tainted by those acts. But when blacks violate the law, all members of the race are considered suspect"? If you agree with this statement, does it also apply to white collar crime? Explain your reasoning.
