Imagine that you work at a business in Fairfax that has about 100 employees and you have been asked to create a proposal for the senior management team requesting that your company implement a ride sharing program to help combat air pollution and traffic in the community.
STEP 1: PREPARATION - Describe the following elements of this scenario:

STEP 2: RESEARCH - List three pieces of research you might want to include. For each one, describe the research, where/how you might obtain it, and why it would support your proposal.
STEP 3: ORGANIZING - Create an outline for your proposal. Your outline should have at least three main sections, 5-8 secondary sections, and 5-8 tertiary sections. Think about the main points that you would need to make and then determine the information you would need to include to support those main points.
