For this assignment write a research paper that could be used as a preparation guide for an upcoming due process hearing. Include the following in your paper:
- List the steps that need to be taken in preparing for a due process hearing, with short paragraphs explaining why each step is necessary. (You may integrate information developed for previous assignments in this course.)
- How could you prevent (or how could you have prevented, if using an actual case or experience as the basis for your final project) a due process hearing by acting proactively?
- Describe the training that needs to be provided, and to whom, to take proactive steps for the preparation and participation surrounding due process hearings.
- Conclusions/Reflection
