List the behavior to the legal test for controlling

Problem

Watch 'Abused by my Girlfriend' This is a 50-minute documentary in which Alex Skeel, a survivor of an abusive relationship, details the nature of that abuse. There are descriptions and scenes of violence, blood, and injuries. The perpetrator of the violence, Jordan Worth, admitted a number of offences, including controlling or coercive behavior. She was the first female to be convicted of the offence in England and Wales. You should:

1. List all the ways in which the relationship was abusive while you are watching the programme, including those ways which could be indicative of it being a controlling and/or coercive relationship (your lecture handout and notes will help with this)

2. Use that list and apply the behavior to the legal test for controlling or coercive behavior (your lecture handout and notes will also help with this).

3. The physical injuries - and broader physical condition of Alex - were what tipped the police off to the reality of his situation. Without those physical aspects, do you think they would necessarily have realised there was non-physical offending taking place? Why/why not?
