Homework: Developing a Care Plan
There are two parts to the comprehensive nursing care plan homework. In you are required to submit a draft of your care plan. You will submit your final nursing care plan based on feedback from your instructor and your continued work.
In a Microsoft Word document of 4 to 5 pages, begin to develop a comprehensive care plan for the aggregate based on the health risks faced by the aggregate that you identified in the risk assessment.
In your paper, address the following:
I. Propose two priority-nursing diagnoses based on the major health risks identified during the risk assessment for the aggregate
1) Include strategies to address the nursing diagnoses and identified risks of aggregate.
2) Support your strategies with at least two journal articles.
II. Develop a disaster management plan with the following components:
1) List of disasters that might affect your aggregate (take into consideration the geographical location of the aggregate, past history, etc.).
2) Strategies for handling at least two disasters from the list.
3) Recommendations for a disaster supplies kit.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
