What steps have been completed and are currently under way to guide our selection of facilities, programs, and equipment?
Building and Future Growth?
Transportation needs, such as proximity to rail, interstate highways, or airports, can also be important
Business location, term of the lease, prior renters of the building before our company? Square footage of the building? Does the building need to be remodel?
Layout of the building;
How many offices? Restrooms, kitchen, reception area, mechanical service area
Don't forget to include room for expansion if you anticipate growth.
