Part I: Personnel Planning and Recruiting
List five sources where you could find/recruit job candidates and provide a pro and a con for each source. I am not looking for five websites. You may only include one website. Provide a sample job that would use this type of recruitment source. (for example: CEO, administrative assistant, project manager, dispatch, shipping clerk, pre-school teacher, etc.)
Part II: Employee Testing and Selection
Select a job in your "company". Describe that job giving the major requirements of the position. Then describe two tests that would be appropriate for use in hiring someone for this position. Be sure to include how you would determine if the test results are valid and reliable for this position and where you would get the test. If challenged, how would you defend the use of this test for that position?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
