National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius (2011)
Take one of these cases and research it. List at least one way the case played a significant role in shaping the relationship between the federal government and the states. Did the case give the federal government more power, or did it hand back power to the states? What type of federalism is demonstrated in the case?
