Construct a Project Management Plan for the adoption of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Search online for a breakdown of the types of AI's in order to choose an AI of your choice.

The final product to submit is a five to six page Project Management Plan that includes the following:

o Similar to a Team Charter; however with greater detail, construct a Project Management Plan that includes:
o Project Description
o Three identified project outcomes
o State the purpose of the project management plan
o Devise a six project deliverables timeline
• Execution
o Methods of Communication among all participating members
o Frequency of scheduled meetings
o List all participating team members and the assigned roles of each member
• Project Monitoring and Control
o Performance Reporting
o Status updates
o Progress reports
o Project changes
• Project Closure
o Reflections
o Lessons learned
o De-allocate resources
