The paper should:
a) Recognize the main issues in the selected area.
b) Apply and reference new learning to the selected area.
c) Build on class activities or incidents which facilitated learning and understanding.
d) Present specific current and/or future applications and relevance to the work-place.
The emphasis of the paper must be on modeling application, outcomes and new learning.
