Lets review who the key stakeholders are. You may recall from week 2 of our course, the key stakeholders are the project sponsor and the project team. In some cases, customers or the general public may be a key stakeholder. As we begin this discussion, can you think of an example where the general public might be a key stakeholder? What types of information should be communicated to the general public?
