Let's discuss the prevalence of project failure. Think of or find examples of a project that didn't have the expected result. Find something in the news or on the Internet, and provide us with the URL. It does not need to be an I.T.-related project, though that would be best for this course!
Make sure to include how and why the project was initiated, what planning was done, how the plan went wrong and what was done to solve the problem. Please do not select an article already selected by one of your peers.
