Let's discuss humility. We often find that people struggle with humility. When I think of humility, I tend to think of the attributes such as putting personal importance on a lower scale of importance and significance than another - selfless and modest. Ogunfowora and Bourdage (2014) contended that people who are high in honesty-humility tend to be sincere, fair, open, and modest while those who are on the low end are more likely to be manipulative, insincere, inauthentic, selfish, and greedy.
