Based upon you experiences in life, discuss your view of the current state of the legal environment of employment (using any new legal terminology you have learned) in our country trying to use your home state law if possible. Make sure you address the issue of whether and under what circumstances employees should expect to be terminated only for cause or employers should be able to employ "at will."
