Problem:
Each year in China, millions of babies are killed by force. Since the 1979 One-Child Act was enforced, it has become a crime for a woman to conceive a child without permission, and a so-called "unregistered" child will be aborted, or even killed at birth. My team and I are creating Save the Children Foundation to help with this issue, we are creating an adoption agency that is link to the U.S.
What would be the legal and ethic challenges pertaining to this new venture?
