Leadership Profile Paper-Analyze a leader that you are familiar with (an effective boss) or one you have studied (Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela, Margaret Thatcher, etc.-contemporary or historical).
Paper Length 3-4 pages.
Include the following:
Brief background of the leaders and why they are important (one/two paragraphs)
Discuss how the leader communicated with his/her followers
Effects of the leader's decisions-good and bad
