Leadership is defined as the ability to influence a group toward the achievement of a vision or set of goals. I think that in order for the group to be effectively influenced, the leader has to make sure that his or her point gets across clearly. He or she has to get them to buy into what the leader is trying to sell and to let them know how important they are in accomplishing the said goal.
