So far in this course we have been exposed to leadership behaviors, traits, skills, situational and contingency concepts. Take what is happening today with our political leaders, namely the race for the 2016 presidency, and apply any of the mentioned concepts to describe any behaviors (good, bad, etc.) being demonstrated by any of the candidates and what are the expectations if elected president. Put aside your political affiliation and concentrate on "leadership" behaviors and what can result if the person(s) you choose does become president of the United States of America. Read what your classmates have posted and respond to one other post.
