Analyze the cultural and diversity challenges faced by leadership in a global commercial organization. First, describe the organization of your choice from real, recent trade magazines, popular news, and business web sites and/or your personal experience. Next, examine the possibility of leveraging the multi-cultural attributes of the global organization. What does it mean to leverage diversity and how can an organization truly use the value added of a multiculturally oriented workplace? What are the challenges for attaining such multicultural diversity? What are the reasons for and against becoming culturally diverse as an organization?
