Alderfer’s ERG Theory:
Write your own research paper on the leadership concept about Alderfer’s ERG Theory in your own words. You must use at least 3 acceptable references to support your arguments and conclusions and utilize the required format as outlined in the APA Paper Guidelines. The course text, Essentials of Contemporary Management by Gareth Jones/Jennifer Jones, cannot count as one of the three references. Your paper will explain as well as critique the subject that you have selected. The paper is no fewer than 1000 words, not including references, cover page, or the abstract.
