Now, we are beginning to dive deeper into the leadership theories. This unit address leadership skills and traits. So, how do leadership skills and personality traits factor in to an effective leadership practice? Include the following in your discussion:

(a) Which leadership personality traits do you possess? Secondly, look at the managerial leadership roles discussed in Chapter 1. Discuss at least one of these managerial leadership roles that is a fit for you, based on your leadership personality traits.

(b) Which leadership personality traits and attitudes do you like to see in those leading you, and why? Integrate the big five model of personality into your discussion.

(b) What motivates this leader's behavior? Discuss your observations of this leader's motivation by applying one of the motivation theories discussed (e.g., hierarchy of needs theory, two-factor theory, acquired needs theory, balancing work-life needs, equity theory, expectancy theory, goal setting theory, reinforcement theory).
