What is the consideration Rodriguez is to receive? What is the consideration the Yankees are to receive?
2. Given the large amounts of money involved in these sports contracts, sometimes there are lawsuits for enforcement or breach of their terms. Find two interesting cases involving sports contracts. Explain the facts, the major issue involved and how the court ultimately decided in each case. Lastly, discuss your thoughts on each case.
