Assignment:
Two primary opposing perspectives of law exist within the American court system: conflict perspective and consensus perspective. Begin your response by defining both of these perspectives from the view point of the American court system. Next, identify the groups that tend to support each of these perspectives, being sure to discuss the rationale behind the point of view.
Your essay answer must be a minimum of 500 words, not counting references listed at the end or repeating of the question, and cited per APA guidelines. A minimum of two scholarly resources is required to support your response.
