To what extent may the officers search or detain each person present?
Does a warrant to search a house authorize a search of a tent set up on the premises near the house? Does a warrant authorizing the seizure of stolen computers authorize the seizure of non-stolen computers commingled with them? Is the seizure of an entire book of accounts permissible when only two or three pages of the book are relevant to the specifications of the search warrant?
