Perform reference checks, pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, create offer letters, I9 documentation.
On-boarding of staff, including correspondence with new hires and data entry into all Human Resource systems.
Assist with New Hire Orientation and benefit administration.
Ensure compliance of all Federal and State Labor Laws.
Responsible for organization of employee files, maintaining records and compiling and distributing requested reports to Firm and departments.
Assist department with implementation of strategic HR programs such as performance management, training, employee surveys and communications.
Participate in developing human resource goals, objectives, and systems. Work on special projects.
Coordinate and attend meetings/job fairs.
Assist employees with questions or concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
