Regarding an employer who invests in new operational equipment, that results in the need for less workers, do you think that is right or wrong for an employer to do? Do you think the employer should provide the union with the opportunity to provide their own input into that overall decision? Or does an employer have the right to do what it thinks is necessary to remain competitive, productive and in business?
