In this essay, you will apply your knowledge of organizations to an organization, group or situation of your choice using the Bolman & Deal 2008 (4th edition)and Gareth Morgan (images of organization) texts, you will do a careful analysis of this organization or group.
Please refer to Bolman & Deal pp. 411-434 to review a sample case analysis.
The report should be eight (8) pages in length and include:
• Brief description of the organization and/or situation you are analyzing,
• Analysis of what is going on in the organization using at least two relevant frames from Bolman & Deal and key ideas or concepts from the Morgan text,
• Reference to two or more research articles that address the issues you identify in your organization.
