Justin thyme was nominated to organize the annual camping

Justin Thyme was nominated to organize the annual camping trip for his son's middle school. Thirty students are expected to take the trip, and it is scheduled for the last three weeks in August. Location is the primary concern for Harry, and he has decided upon four criteria for success: cost, environment, services, and educational potential.

Given the reputation of the bus driver, transportation is another concern. Justin is examining two options for this: renting a bus or organizing a car pool.

After selection of the location, Justin will prepare a list of camping equipment. Not all of the children will have to bring a tent. Justin figures he will need one tent for every three children or two adults. However, each camper will be responsible for personal gear, such as sleeping bags and clean socks. Several people will also be recruited to bring water equipment - boats, canoes, etc., and others will be counted on to bring sports equipment - volleyball nets, baseball bats, etc.

An additional task will be to appoint a safety director who will be in charge of bringing first aid equipment and ensuring that a sufficient number of adults are present at all activities.

Finally, Harry will prepare a budget and provide a cost for each student.
