Justification in Promoting Marriage in Regards to Mothers

1.Research demonstrates that pregnant mothers who are married tend to have much lower risk of problems than mothers who are not married.
2.Does this evidence justify the need for society to promote marriage, for the sake of the healthy growth and development of the unborn baby?
