Julia Dejmal executed her will while a patient in St. Joseph's Hospital. The will was wit nessed by Lucille and Catherine Pechacek . Catherine was 19 years old and employed as an assistant X-ray technician at the hospital. The age of majority at the time in that state was 21.
It was contended that the will was not valid because one of the wit nesses to it was a minor. Do you agree with the contention? Why or why not?
