The IT staff wants to be creative and innovative and contribute to business strategies, but all they do are work on limited applications. Allowing the staff to utilize their talents would be beneficial for the organization. Another issue that would influence my decision would be the possibility of downsizing due to an active campaign by the president of a large regional branch. The organization has skilled workers and they need to be utilized in order to keep their positions within the organization.
