Therefore, for sustainable growth of the organisation it is important to encourage all the departmental managers to make use of stakeholders approach that is in all their actions they should consider the interest and upliftment of the stkeholders rather than only the stockholders. A manager works through its team, and therefore whatever applies to the manager shall be applied through its team and therefore, all the reasons to use stakeholders approach equally apply to teams.
