It is crazy to see that Staples is on the decline because it has been one of those companies that has always been around but it makes sense that Amazon and Walmart are the main competitors because they continue to innovate their model. What has staples done differently from what we can remember? Do you think that it is effective for staples to appeal to medium-sized businesses rather than fortune 500? What are your thoughts?
